USA – It is no secret Bandit Lites works with the best talent in the country, and The 49th Annual CMA Awards at Bridgestone Arena confirmed it as both Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert took home top honours.

Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush”, after selling 1.8 million tracks and topping Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, won both Song of the Year and Single of the Year. One of the most nominated acts of the night, the quartet also took home Vocal Group of the Year for the second year in a row.

“Seventeen years ago this very month, we became a band,” said member Kimberly Schlapman. “We can never have dreamed up what God was going to take us on this journey. We’re so grateful, for every single step of the way, and for your sweet hearts and your sweet faces who’ve brought us here.”

Bandit Lites provides the lighting for their Pain Killer Tour with 12 VL3000s, 12 VL3500 Washes, eight Sharpys, six Mac Auras, 16 Atomic 3000s, 12 2-lite mole-fays, 12 GRN pars for sidelight, eight GRN washes for uplight, eight GRN moving washes for front light, eight single cell cyc lights, four ten-way ministrips and 42 Ayrton Magic Panels.

Additional Bandit clients honoured included Miranda Lambert, who continues to break her own records with her sixth consecutive win as Female Artist of the Year. The “Little Red Wagon” singer shows no signs of slowing down as 2015 featured two headlining tours, the Certified Platinum Tour and the more intimate Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour with lighting provided by long time production partner, Bandit Lites.

Lambert, who also performed her new song “Bathroom Sink,” thanked fans, referring to the win as a “bright spot” in her year.

For the Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour, lighting designer Chris Lisle used Bandit Lites’ 22 ROBE BMFLs, 26 ROBE Pointes, 12 Color Kinetics Color Blaze 72, 21 ROBE Robin 600 and 22 Clay Paky B-EYE K20s.
