All models feature eight channels – six mic and two stereo – the same studio quality twin DSP effects as on the Horizon, and nine-band graphic EQ.
Also making its European debut is the Drive series of two-way, active, portable injection-moulded PA cabinets. Best-in-class performance and build specifications, and a highly competitive price tag, greatly improve on the VPX and VSX series Drive replaces. Premium competitive features include exemplary weight-to-power / SPL ratios making the Drive smaller lighter and louder than most leading comparable PA series.
Drive 4A is a 12 inch LF / 34mm compression HF driver combination, and the DRIVE 6A a 15 inch LF / 34mm compression HF driver combination; both models powered with 310W RMS (1200W peak) class-D amplification delivering 126 / 127dB max SPL respectively. The rear input / control panel includes mic and line inputs, three-band EQ, and gain and level controls, with a balanced link output. 8Ω passive variants – the Drive 4 and 6 – are rated at 500W and 600W continuous program power (1000W / 1200W peak). All models are fitted with 35mm speaker pole connectors and five M10 flying points and recessed side and top carry handles.
ClubXS, a price/spec competitive portable mixer series, aimed at gigging musicians, sub-mixing, small venue install, corporate and other enterprise applications is also debuted. Two models, the XS8 and XS10, feature on-board FX, integrated USB / SD card stereo media player, USB / SD card recording from main mix, Bluetooth connection for playback from mobile or media devices, 60mm faders, balanced XLR outputs, control room output, two sends and a stereo return. All mic input channels have three-band EQ, hi-pass filter and built in compressor. Line input channels feature two-band EQ; all channels feature channel mute and two Aux controls.
