Bandit Lights Up Rising Star Kane Brown
USA – Kane Brown has come a long way from performing a Chris Young song at his high school talent show to taking the stage before him at a sold-out arena, but the 23-year-old country singer shows no signs of letting up now. With his deluxe album hitting stores in October, Brown is currently opening for Jason Aldean’s They Don’t Know Tour featuring a lighting package from Bandit Lites.
With over two million followers on Facebook alone, Brown is now able to go beyond singing on screen and bring his infectious energy and smooth sound to the stage. As the one of the first performers of the evening, the lighting needed to immediately convey the hype and excitement that both Brown and his fans feel.
Bandit Lites provided lighting designer Chris Lisle Chauvet Legend 230SR beams and Chauvet Nexus 7x7s, with the Chauvet Nexus 7x7s proving to be a vital component to the design, with their ability to both make for quick and easy entrances and exits along with showcasing dynamic looks.
“We love them because we get a lot of great punch, and are able to do some great visuals/chases by pixel-mapping them” said Lisle. “We can get a lot of big impactful looks out of just a couple of units, and they mount onto carts for easy roll on/off.”
“Chris Lisle designed an extremely versatile rig, Tyler Oplinger (PM) and Andrew James (LD) have been fantastic to work with and aside from the occasional maintenance visit they have been working non-stop for well over a year,” said Bandit’s vice president Mike Golden. “We look forward to watching this production continue to grow with Kane and his production staff for many years to come.”
As Brown’s career continues to skyrocket, Bandit Lites is proud to help in his first foray into the world of touring, working to ensure every component is cared for and of the highest quality.
“We love working with Bandit as they are with us step by step to make sure that everything is top notch and that every little detail is covered,” finished Lisle. “You can’t beat their delivery!”
