Opera Modular Lightweight Speakers from dB Technologies
With the introduction of the fourth generation of Opera Modular, dB Technologies have added yet more innovative features to this highly successful active speaker. These include a modular slot for optional modules, three switchable sound characteristics and infrared remote control.
The modular slot is on the control panel at the back and can be used for Time Delays or Wireless receivers, as well as the new AFP anti-feedback suppressor which works as a problem solver, particularly for monitor applications.
All models in the Opera series are fitted with high-grade Bi-Amp Class H stages and have intelligent electronics. Bi-Amp means that there is an individual output stage channel provided for each loudspeaker, which the active separation allows excellent performance and high sound pressure.
Opera Modular come in five Active models. With 12”/1 or 15”/1 and a power of 160 to 275 watts/RMS, Opera speakers are capable of any demands put upon them. All models are characterised not only by an impressive music reproduction but also by the unique vocal sound.
Opera 212 Modular is an all round active box, with 120 + 40 watts/RMS Bi-Amp output stage and a 12”/1 fitting. The 212 works equally well as a full range speaker or combined with a subwoofer in any application. Maximum SPL 120dB.
Opera 215 is the perfect full range speaker for the small to medium live applications, with deep bass down to 50Hz, 123dB SPL and 120 + 40 watts/RMS.
Opera 412 regarded as the top model for professional requirements with a B&CŪ compression driver and a dB Technologies 12” low mass woofer which creates excellent reproduction and high speech clarity a high SPL (126dB). Opera 415 again is fitted with a B&CŪ 1” and 15” high powered woofer is an impressive active system, SPL126dB.
Subwoofer comes with 15” and 18” woofers from the Opera Stage series.
