Paul Vincent sells Future Light to John Seaman

Future Light, Inc., a specialty lighting and accessories manufacturer founded by Paul Vincent, has been sold to John Seaman.

John Seaman has served as vice president of Future Light since its inception in 1989. He has spent much of the past several years developing Future Light's product line, especially RTS, the Rental Tracking Program geared for theatrical rental houses and production companies. Seaman was also the former vice president of Vincent Lighting Systems (VLS), but resigned in order to take ownership and full control of Future Light. Previously, he also spent several years working in high school theatre.

Paul Vincent, president of VLS, commented: "In the past, there has been a gray line separating Vincent Lighting and Future Light. This sale will help clarify the distinction between the two companies." John Seaman added: "The ability to separate both organizations will allow me to give undivided attention to developing and growing Future Light."

Future Light has moved its headquarters to 19885 Detroit Road #136, Rocky River, Ohio.

Vincent Lighting Systems remains a theatrical dealer and rental house and will continue to operate at its current location in Cleveland.
