HPNA Taps Dan Lynch for BSS

Harman Pro North America (HPNA) has appointed Dan Lynch (pictured) to serve as an applications engineer and product specialist for BSS Audio USA. Kim Templeman-Holmes, HPNA general manager and vice president, made the announcement.

Reporting to Templeman-Holmes, Lynch is based in Denver, Colorado, and will be sharing the duties of his new role with Will Fraser who joined the company last December. Both individuals will be handling BSS Audio's telephone and on-site support, conducting product trainings, and performing other related tasks.

"Having Dan and Will in place now frees up our regional sales managers to more appropriately focus their attention on our rep network and pursue new sales opportunities," says Templeman-Holmes. "Dan will also be manning the BSS support line at 8:00 a.m. EST, which will improve the level of service we can offer to our customers on the East Coast. He's a good fit here and we're glad to have him onboard."

Prior to joining BSS, Lynch spent two years with Electromedia, a systems integration firm in nearby Arvada, most recently serving as director of engineering. Before that, he ran his own firm, Lazer Tone Productions, for four years. Lynch also has experience as an engineering supervisor for a construction engineering firm and as a technical director for both a repertory theater company and live music venue.

Lynch comments: "I'm really enjoying being a part of the BSS team. The people here are terrific and the products are phenomenal, especially Soundweb, which can do a lot of things that people might not expect it can. It's my goal to help show them how."
