Mach Launches new C-Range Installation Series
While no stone was left unturned in Mach’s quest to improve sound quality, other parameters were also given special attention: reduced speaker size, improved functionality, ease of installation, reduced service time, increased flexibility, and improved speaker strength. And the list goes on. Improvements have also been made in range and distortion levels, and overall speaker design has been updated. The CN series is even available in a wide variety of colors. Mounting options have been improved and service friendliness enhanced as well.
The CN-7 and CN-8 have been specifically developed for natural sound reproduction in near field applications. Acoustical performance has been optimised with specific emphasis on elevated power levels, clarity and speech intelligibility.
The CN-7 is a unique, full range, near field speaker combining powerful hi-fi properties with intermediate SPL levels in an ultra compact design. This two-way speaker houses an 8" woofer with an extended frequency response and a 1" soft dome tweeter. Designed as a compact cabinet with a wide dispersion pattern, it excels in applications in which clarity and speech intelligibility are needed.
The CN-8 is also a compact, full range, near field speaker with powerful hi-fi properties and intermediate SPL levels. This two-way speaker features two 8" woofers with an extended frequency response and a 1" compression driver with a constant coverage horn. It is designed as a compact cabinet with a highly controlled dispersion pattern and, like the CN-7, excels in applications in which clarity and speech intelligibility are needed.
Ideal for small or medium size venues, or suitable for in-fill in seating areas, the CN-7 and CN-8 can operate either as stand-alone or together with a subwoofer. Acoustically, the products are suitable for clubs, bars, cafes, lounges, restaurants, churches, hotels, fitness studios, conference rooms, shopping malls and more. And the fact they are available in a variety of colours means the CN series can fit into any décor.
The CN-7 and CN-8’s versatile mounting system allows for full flexibility and easy installation using u-bracket, multi-bracket, eyebolts or cluster bracket. The new design features 18 flying points - four of which are fully adjustable - allowing for complete versatility when setting dispersion angles. The innovative 'spider mount system' allows for innovative solutions for wall and ceiling mounting.
Connections are made in seconds with recessed speak on and barrier strip terminals. A scratchproof Safe Coat surface and extruded aluminum profiles give an exceptionally strong and robust cabinet with fast and easy access to all serviceable parts.
