Entertainment Technology Pavilion at Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention
From vast Las Vegas-style revues featuring complex special effects to intimate performance venues, entertainment on cruise ships has never been as varied and challenging to produce as it is on today's modern cruise ships.
With the growing importance of shipboard lighting and sound technologies, and the increasing sophistication of cruise ship entertainment venues, CMP Princeton Inc., organisers of the Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention, with the support of PLASA, the Professional Lighting and Sound Association, have included a dedicated entertainment technology pavilion in the 2006 exhibition (Miami. 13-16 March 2006).
The pavilion features a broad array of exhibitors, from programmers to sound and stage-lighting designers and manufacturers to special effects equipment and lasers. Every facet of this increasingly important shipboard industry segment is represented. The Seatrade Cruise Shipping Convention is a member of the National Sound Contractors Association.
