Selecon Redefines Luminaires with FFT
Selecon has re-conceived the ‘conventional’ luminaire for designers and technicians alike with innovative use of materials, integrated safety bond, Grippa colour frame and now it has come up with its patent pending Fast, Focus Technology (FFT).
Fast Focus Technology is a fast, simple, precise and cheap means to preset luminaires before flying out the bar, thereby saving on expensive focus time. The FFT pan assembly is available to fit any luminaire with a yoke width between 25- 40mm.
Using design visualisation programs, the Rama FFT system delivers significant time and labour cost savings during the focus session by allowing for full presetting of pan, tilt and beam focus while the luminaire is being rigged. No tools are required for precise and secure positioning.
The range consists of standard 150mm Fresnel and PC and 175mm Fresnel and PC, all of which can be supplied with the Fast Focus Technology solution - providing more choice in a luminaire range which offers industry-leading engineering with the latest in robust, durable thermoplastic materials, a passive heat design and a re-developed barndoor accessory.
The Rama range is available with a choice of the GX 9.5 or G 22 lamp base.
