SSL Promotes Phil Wagner to President of SSL, Inc.
Solid State Logic has announced that Phil Wagner (pictured) has been promoted to president of SSL, Inc. Phil joined SSL in 1992 as vice president Western Operations, and was then promoted to senior vice president seven years ago.
As president of SSL, Inc., Phil will be responsible for overall sales and customer relations for the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He has sold over 150 consoles in music, broadcast, post and film during his tenure at SSL.
“We are very proud of the relationship we have with our customers and take their business very seriously,” states Wagner. “SSL users are committed to our brand and we strive to exceed their expectations everyday. In my new role as President, I plan to continue this great tradition. I am looking forward to many exciting years of trend setting technical innovation with a company that has defined the high end of the industry.”
Says Piers Plaskitt, the newly appointed group commercial director for Solid State Logic, the parent company of SSL, Inc: “We are thoroughly delighted to have Phil Wagner accept the position of president of SSL, Inc.
