Wireless Solutions Introduce W-DMX Black Box IP65 Outdoor Tranceiver
Wireless Solution Sweden AB has announced the launch of a wireless DMX 512 Outdoor solution based on the proven technology from W-DMX Black Box indoor model. W-DMX Black Box Outdoor is IP65 rated version that work in any conditions from -20 up to +50 degrees Celsius (Minus 5 - plus 125 degree Fahrenheit). With the IP65 version it works in any weather conditions from snow to rain or in a wet or dry situation. The W-DMX Black Box Outdoor is delivered in black as standard, but can be custom painted in any RAL colour to suit the architecture.
W-DMX Black Box IP65 Outdoor is based on the PLASA Innovation award winning W-DMX Black Box for indoor use with the same features. It is a compact unit that can handle up to 512 DMX channels with true plug and play. It's a transparent system which means no settings are needed. The system can be used ‘Point 2 Point’ between the console and first fixture and cable linked to all other units connected in the same universe or -point 2 multipoint’ where each or several fixtures have its own receiver. True Plug and Play as a complete system is set up in less then 60 seconds and stored in memory for the future so there is no need to set up every time it is used. You can also use more then one system beside another in order to cover more then 1 DMX universe.
