Syncrolite Goes Dichroic
Syncrolite has been a pioneer in the production and design of automated xenon skylights since its first DMX controlled xenon light introduced in 1989. Since then, Syncrolite has brought the lighting industry a wide array of fully automated xenon skylights for use in theatrical and architectural applications. Syncrolite's inventive spirit keeps pushing the lighting industry further and further ahead.
Syncrolite has now introduced the OmniColor D, the first and only true thin film dichroic colour mixing system - CYM and RGB. (worldwide patents pending.) The dichroic colour is deposited on 4mm flexible substrate formed into Syncrolite proprietary welded scrolls with color like glass dichroics. It is heat, wrinkle and shrink resistant, and does not burn or warp like standard color scrolls. It is available for Syncrolite Series 2 and Series 3 instruments and ideal for architectural and theatrical applications It will mix with additive dichroic colour, subtractive dichroic colour, or combine for an amazing range of colours.
Syncrolite's new Series 3 fixtures, SXB-52D / SXB-82D / SX10KD, come standard with the OmniColor D system.
