Bandit Lights Pinnacle Business Awards
Bandit Lites recently donated lighting for the third annual Pinnacle Business Awards presented by Regions Bank. This is the second year that Bandit has contributed to the event. Building on the success of the past two galas, this year’s awards ceremony proved to be even more exciting. Attendees were treated to an elegant evening at the Knoxville Convention center from 6:30 PM – midnight. The event featured a reception, a silent auction, followed by dinner, an awards presentation - emceed by news anchor Robin Wilhoit - and post party featuring the band Rhythm Nation.
Awards were given out in the following categories: “Impact Award”, “Innovator Award”, “Minority Business Excellence Award”, “Small Business Excellence Award”, “Business Excellence Award”, “Young Entrepreneur Award”, and “James A. Haslam II Leadership Award”.
Bandit Lites was both nominated for an award and supplied lighting for the event. Lighting designer Will Twork primarily chose to use Martin MAC 2000s, 600s and 500s and ETC Source Fours to light the event. Lighting was controlled by a Whole Hog II. Twork designed a warm look for the auction and dinner and a cooler look to set the mood for Rhythm Nation, the featured band for the evening. MAC 500s and 600s were used to provide a backlight for the room.
