Total Structures Supports Microsoft in Launch of New CRM Product
Early in 2007 Adrian Forbes-Black, vice president of Total Structures was researching new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and was approached to apply to beta test the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online software.
In August of the same year Total Structures were informed that they had in fact been selected to participate in the early access program to the new software and immediately started integrating it into their sales and marketing departments.
Now used extensively within the company, Microsoft Dynamic CRM Online allows Total Structures sales people to access customer and product information from any web enabled computer in the world and fully integrates with the other software they use for communication, mainly Microsoft Outlook.
After receiving feedback from Total Structures and the other twenty-nine companies chosen to participate in he program, Microsoft Corporation released the product to the general public earlier this year.
