Kling & Freitag Simulation Software for K&F Sequenza 10
The release 1.0 of the CON:Sequenza software is available in the Download Area of the Kling & Freitag website. The simulation software CON:Sequenza was specially developed for the Sequenza 10 line array system. Using the software, the user can determine the splay angle, the pick points on the rigging frame, and the total load of the array according to BGV C1 or DIN 18800, and the sound distribution.
The simulation of the sound level distribution uses the FEM multi-source model that had already been produced for the development of the Waveguides. With this, the software produces extraordinarily precise calculations of the level - even with mid-range and short distances to the array.
CON:Sequenza 10 enables you to enter several areas that can be freely positioned. Using the auto-splay function, it can calculate the optimal angles between the individual Line Array elements quickly and easily. The sound distribution and the configuration of the array are drawn up as comprehensive reports that can you can print and save as PDF files.
In addition, you can also freely assign virtual measuring microphones that already enable true-to-life predictions of the corresponding frequency responses during the simulation.
