Southern California Sound Image Named Sennheiser Installed Sound Division Dealer of the Year
The U.S. subsidiary of audio pioneer Sennheiser has named Southern California Sound Image, Inc. its 2007 ‘Dealer of the Year' for exemplary sales, customer support and comprehension of Sennheiser's installed sound business. The Sennheiser line of installed sound products, which includes digital conference systems, installed series microphones, and infrared systems, to name a few, are key components of several high-profile, permanent facility installations.
To express its thanks, Sennheiser Electronic Corporation will make a generous donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization in the name of Southern California Sound Image to support breast cancer research. Sennheiser has previously shown support for this organization by donating ten percent of the proceeds from each pair of Sennheiser CX 300-Pink earphones sold.
"Sound Image has truly set the standard for impressive, high-quality audio system installations," said Jeff Alexander, vice president of sales and marketing for Sennheiser's professional products division. "I am thrilled to honor this team for their continued support of Sennheiser products, and I am enthusiastically looking forward to growing our mutual business together in the future."
Commented Jason Schmidlapp, vice president, installed sound for Sound Image: "We are very excited to receive this award from Sennheiser. Since we are always dealing with fast moving projects, Sennheiser makes our life easier by providing a reliable and superior product line backed by outstanding sales and customer service. Of course, we feel we do try harder than our competitors."
For over 35 years, Southern California Sound Image has specialized in the design and integration of audio and video systems in varied facilities such as museums, houses of worship, casinos and hotels.
Sennheiser Electronic Corp. has also named top dealers for its six other business categories. Those honored are: L.A. Music Services, Inc. (Sennheiser music industry business); Scharff Weisberg, Inc. (Sennheiser professional products business); Newegg.com (Sennheiser consumer electronics business); Oaktree Products, Inc. (Sennheiser audiology business); Edmo Distributors, Inc. (Sennheiser aviation business); and Jenne Distributors (Sennheiser telecommunications business).
