TarmLED's New Linear Stripe 25/50 Now Available

Supplementing its TarmLED 4x4 and TarmLED Tile large-area LED video displays, TarmLED now offers its Linear Stripe 25/50 for much higher spatial resolution, and maximum cost-effectiveness in configuring creative, large-area LED-video-displays.

Organic shapes, such as waves or cylinders, may be readily implemented and flexibly and creatively configured using our new Linear Stripe 25/50. Modules are equipped with 3-in-1 SMD LEDs spaced at 25-mm or 50-mm intervals, yielding a brightness of either 6,000 nits (25-mm-pitch) or 1,500 nits (50-mm-pitch), respectively. Angular viewing fields are 120° x 120° for either version.

Their extremely narrow width of just 7 mm/module, a figure unequalled by any other similar product available, yields a uniform transparency of 72 %, in spite of their high pixel density (1,600 LEDs/square meter). Linear Stripe 25/50s are available in standard lengths of 1 m or 2 m, where custom lengths evenly divisible by 10 cm are also available as an option.

Linear Stripe 50 is also available in a high-power version, with a brightness of approximately 10,000 nits. Thanks to their cascaded fastening system, installation of TarmLED Linear Stripe 25/50 modules proceeds rapidly, regardless of whether they are suspended or freestanding. Every module is fully video compatible and interconnected to other modules in a daisy-chain configuration, where control may be via a LAN, DVI, DMX, or CAN-bus linked to, for example, any commercially available PC.

Like all preceding TarmLED products, Linear Stripe 25/50 is fully compatible with video cameras and suitable for unrestricted use as staging elements on television shows.
