Motorised Trolleys for Stagemaker Chain Hoists
The new motorised trolleys for Stagemaker chain hoists are fitted with speed variation and are controlled by means of the R8CPU VS controller. The latter makes it possible to create the most elaborate scenic effects by driving up to 64 motors (chain hoist or trolley), in automatic or semi-automatic mode. Combined with configurations with speed variation motors, and a simple or multiple single-beam crane, the trolley will give full freedom in the scenic effects while guaranteeing the highest levels of safety. The greatest precision of movement is therefore provided as well as better management of the stage area.
The motorised trolleys are intended to be attached to Eurosystem ALU modular structures. Entirely in aluminium, Eurosystem ALU is intended for made-to-measure scenic handling systems for loads of 500 to 2000 kg. Full ranges of profiles, trolleys and fasteners enable several thousands of solutions to be produced on the basis of standard elements. Easy and rapid to assemble, the Eurosystem ALU handling systems are 50% lighter than their equivalents in steel profiles, whether single rail equipment, single-beam cranes or duel-beam cranes are concerned.
Eurosystem ALU enables a very wide variety of handling equipment to be produced:
-Simple or complete monorail runways to be produced with change of direction by switching or a multidirectional turntable.
-A suspended or sunk-in mono-beam crane. Suspended from the trolleys, the beam moves along the runway (manually or electrically).
- A suspended or sunk-in dual-beam crane. A chain hoist lifter is proposed for exceptionally low heights.
