APG Launches its First Line Array
In 2009 a new stage in APG's ongoing product development has been reached. Having strong know-how and much experience in line source technology (i.e. Matrix Array), APG is now launching its first Line Array.
Named Uniline the new system comprises a main cabinet, UL210 and a Low cabinet UL115B. Featuring a three-way system with twin 10" drivers, and an Isotop (6,5"+ 1"coaxially mounted with passive crossover), the UL 210 is a bi-amplified cabinet. The UL115B low cabinet utilises the efficient K-Horn load technology found in the TB subwoofer range.
The ergonomics and the flying points of the whole system are designed to offer safe, simple, flexible and intuitive installation.
To operate and drive the complete system, users have a choice of digital or analogue processing. An APG "Uniline Aiming Tool" has been developed to study and optimise the different configurations in both mechanical and acoustical terms.
APG plans to offer specialist technical support, and work very closely with customers using the Uniline System.
