Robert Juliat at ProLight + Sound

Robert Juliat, exhibited on a very busy stand at Prolight & Sound in Frankfurt. "We were glad to see an impressive turn out throughout the four days of the show," says sales director, Lionel Garraud. "Everyone had been speculating on how the current financial crisis would affect the show but we were kept as busy on the stand as usual!"

Robert Juliat, which celebrates its 90th year as manufacturer of top quality lighting products this year, chose ProLight + Sound to launch Horus - a re-working of its popular RJ 852 cyclorama lighting fixture - which has been greatly missed by Robert Juliat aficionados and is returned to the catalogue at the demand of its customers. Horus has undergone remodelling and updating and now includes improved features such as an easy-load filter holder which has been designed to eliminate light spill.

Also on show were the new motorised versions of the successful 1800W HMI Victor and Flo follow spots.

"Since their launch we have been thrilled by the enthusiasm with which Victer and Flo have been received," continues Garraud. "It seems lighting designers have been waiting for a follow spot of these compact dimensions with the incredibly efficient light out put that these units give. We are very happy with the demand the Victor and Flo have created."
