Cooking with Bandit
American Idol 2008 champion David Cook hit the road and chose to work with renowned designer Seth Jackson. Jackson worked his usual magic for the platinum recording artist and the business' newest sensation as he designed a low profile, high impact show.
Mike Golden at Bandit received the call from Seth and came aboard as the lighting vendor. With an array of VersaTubes, a grand MA, an Axon Media Sever and a handful of static lights, the merry band took to the road with Brian Jenkins as the operator for Seth's design. The tour manager is Art Cisneros. The show received the Holy Grail of exposure, as David did a several minute intro for the last Superbowl complete with his dynamic lighting system and band in tow!
Cook, born in Houston, raised in Missouri and now living in Oklahoma is at the pinnacle of the music industry. His self-titled album, David Cook, went platinum and he churns out hit after hit. Seth is currently designing the next leg of the tour, which will be bigger, badder and brighter than ever. Look for the talent of David and the genius of Seth at a venue near you, but buy your tickets early as he is selling out fast!
