Commenting on appointment of the two industry stalwarts to their
new positions within CADAC, managing director David Kan, stated:
“We are very excited to welcome two marketing professionals of such
exceptional experience and calibre to our expanding team here in our
Luton HQ. James and Richard come to us with industry-wide recognised
abilities in their respective roles and their appointments provide us with
the extended marketing capabilities we require. James and Richard will
be especially valuable assets in marketing and developing the new CDC

Right Structures Centre Stage at
Buckingham Palace
Right Structures’ arched stage roof was a central feature at the spectacular
Coronation Festival in the gardens of Buckingham Palace July 11-14.
The Coronation Festival took place over four days in the gardens of
Buckingham Palace, celebrating the 60th anniversary year of The
Queen’s Coronation. Hosted by the Royal Warrant Holders Association
it featured an exhibition showcasing over 200 suppliers to the royal
household and a stunning evening gala performance from artists as
diverse as The National Youth Orchestra to The Feeling and The National
Ballet to Katherine Jenkins.
This was the company’s first event in England since it officially introduced
its Geo Staging products to the European event market, supporting
organisers Media 10 and show producers Hawthorns in the design and
installation of the one-off production. Right Structures’ showcased the
depth of talent from the in-house CAD designers, engineers, project
management and installation team.
Right Structures’ modular product allowed event organiser Media 10 to
achieve what no event ever has in this iconic location – build a stage
against the backdrop of the palace itself. The contract was awarded to
Right Structures following a competitive tender process by Hawthorns,
who were entrusted by Media 10 to produce the technical production.
Building on the 10m wide rear terrace of the palace presented the whole
team with its first challenge, so great care was required with just a 50cm
gap between the stage and the palace walls.
