Movecat develops operating hours counter for D8 and D8 Plus hoists

Movecat has introduced an integrated digital operating hours counter for electric chain hoists complying with the D8 and D8 Plus standards. The BSZ-DC is suitable for DC drives with 400 Volt AC direct control. An external power source is not required.

The BSZ-DC shows not only the accumulated but also the maximum permissible operating hours, as well as providing information about the remaining useful life. The data is output to a digital display that is legible in daylight, even in stationary mode when the chain hoist is at rest.
