Three new product launches from ENTTEC

Australian lighting and control technology brand ENTTEC has released three new lighting control products.

DIN Pixie: a seriously robust two universe pixel controller designed for DMX to SPI conversion and stand-alone playback and direct USB to Pixel control.

Storm 8: a hardware update ENTTEC’s eight universe Ethernet to DMX gateway built for installations featuring flexible new mounting solutions, PoE and superior electrical protection.

Pixelator Mini: a hardware update to ENTTEC’s 16 universe Ethernet to pixel controller built for installations ENTTEC has introduced flexible new mounting solutions, PoE and superior electrical protection. (As ever, with every ENTTEC pixel product purchased includes a free ELM Pixel mapper licence.)

The DIN Pixie builds on the legacy of ENTTEC’s Pixie Driver, a product that sold tens of thousands of units worldwide and is used day after day around the globe on installations, events, theatre and more.

The DIN Pixie makes deployment of pixel systems simple and fills a gap in the market for an intuitive protocol converter for smaller projects. Its 5-48V input voltage range and superior ESD protection makes the DIN Pixie a perfect accompaniment for ENTTEC’s outdoor grade Smart PXL LED dots, signage applications and integrated set pieces. With a feature set including pixel grouping, stand-alone show playback, blackout on DMX loss and compatibility with a wide range of pixel IC’s, the DIN Pixie makes adding pixel control to a project simple and is backed by the world leading customer support you’d expect.

The Storm 8 and Pixelator Mini updates were developed in collaboration with ENTTEC’s installer and integrator network to inform the product features and functionality, the outcome speaks for itself. Both of these are ready for virtually any installation scenario.
