Initially inaugurated on 31st October 2019, the hotel was rapidly forced to close its doors again in the face of the pandemic. Eighteen months later as the world makes a cautious return to normality, Treehouse London welcomes guests once more to experience its unique brand of hospitality. Specialist AV integrators Promotiontime NE was called in to design and specify the AV systems across the bar and restaurant areas that occupy the entirety of the 15th and 16th floors. The multi colour RGB laser systems that can even display a bright white, are equipped with fast scanners so are basic graphics capable. Germany – With PIA M, KLING & FREITAG is presenting an innovative line source system with interesting new features at Prolight + Sound. PIA M is a passive three-way loudspeaker that can be operated with the system power amplifiers of the Hanover-based company's PLM, D and IPX series. The vertical opening angle of the tweeter array can be adjusted mechanically, with the angles becoming larger as you go down. This results in the classic J-shape of a line array system, which means that the level distribution on the listening area can be made much more homogeneous. The mid-range enclosure is designed cardioid. The woofer housing can be switched between cardioid and bass reflex mode in just a few seconds using a smart mechanism, so that the speaker system can be perfectly adapted to any conceivable application.

Colombia – The Suba district of Colombia’s capital city of Bogotá is celebrated for its inclusiveness, home to all social classes and Colombia’s indigenous peoples. It’s also where Iglesia El Lugar de Su Presencia wanted to make sure its message would be clearly heard and understood by everyone filling the nearly 4,000 seats of its newest church location. Following an on site comparative evaluation of four brands of loudspeaker systems, and later witnessing the clarity of the L-Acoustics K2 arrays in use at Christ Fellowship Church in Port St. Lucie, Florida, El Lugar de Su Presencia chose L-Acoustics for its Suba campus, which just celebrated its grand opening on 20 February.
