The 'new' Sightline for ABTT

From the Spring 2003 issue, the Association of British Theatre Technicians' quarterly publication ABTT Update was re-launched as Sightline in full colour A4 format and is now firmly established as the journal of record for technical aspects of the theatre industry. Sightline is published for the Association by Cambridge-based ET Press Ltd, the publishers of Entertainment Technology and the leading industry news website etnow.com.

ABTT chairman Mark White said: "The re-launch of Sightline has proved to be a significant step in the Association's progress in providing good service to our members, supporters and the outside world. With the help of ETP we have a full colour journal of note and record. This is, I believe, the only UK publication to provide truly in-depth technical information on matters of theatrical technology."

Publisher John Offord of ET Press Ltd commented: "We are delighted that the new-look Sightline has been so well received by the members of the ABTT and the industry at large, and that it has added to the prestige of the Association and also been an important part of their development and continued expansion."
